I went there today and couldn't be more pleased! The doctor and staff were kind, courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Interesting experience here. Place isn't very well taken care of and the staff is a tiny bit unprofessional. However, I got answers to the random cough I've had for the past week.

If I could give less than one I would. This is the third time I, personally and not for kids, have been to this UC, and it is the third time they have been completely useless. The ER across the street is not much better, and neither place has staff that seem to give two boos about patients at all. The prevailing attitude seems to be smiling and laughing camaraderie among the nurses/staff, then turn to patients and go cold and borderline rude. They consistently refuse to administer treatment that is effective, act disbelieving when told how an injury has been treated in the past (right, cause I’m lying to get a cortisone injection), and have the longest most ridiculous wait times I have ever seen. How is it that in ANOTHER hospital system I am able to get immediate treatment and pain relief-and at an UC, nonetheless! I was told UCs don’t do that-but for some reason HERE it’s “completely different”?! I have been many places around the US, and I can say unequivocally that I have never had so much trouble accessing medical care as I have had since moving here and using this hospital facility. Uncaring staff, refusal to actually treat anything, insane wait times…I’ll be driving an hour away to a reliable and kind hospital system from here on out. I’d suggest everyone else do the same.

I had been in this hospital a couple of times and yesterday a nurse asked me for my service dog paperwork,that is against the law they are only allowed to ask is she a service dog and what her job is
